it's a fan made comic....most doujins are hentai. There are some that aren't hentai...
Doujins are mostly found in japan where there is a convention called Comiket held twice a year which attacts more then 500000 people...Comiket sells a lot of doujins.

Here's a tip when buying doujins. Look through it and look for an 18+ sign on the book. The cover can also describle whats in it....
